Mobmax App respects the rights of creators and content owners, and we expect our users to do the same. We will follow appropriate government and legal requirements regarding notification of alleged claims of copyright infringement if they are sent to us.

Important Clarification on Our Service

Kindly note Mobmax App is a search engine that crawls links to media files which are publicly available on the internet. We don't upload, host or store any video files or other media files. Our service offers links to this content. So the only consequence of any report is that the link will be removed from our app’s index, but there will be no effect on the actual content which remains at the 3rd party hosting site.

How to Report a Copyright Violation

If you are the copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, of any work or content made available through the app that you believe has been used in a way that constitutes an infringement of your copyright, please provide our agent with a written communication: (i) that includes the information specified below.
Description of the work (multiple works may be listed on a single complaint) you believe has been infringed.
A reasonably detailed description of where the material you claim is infringing is located in the Mobmax App, so that we can find it.
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the owner of the exclusive right at issue or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Submitting Your Notice

In order for your notice to be effective it must contain a full and accurate description of the copyrighted content that we’re allegedly using unlawfully – ideally including search terms, so that we can find it. You can also send the entire takedown request through the contact form. From the category dropdown list, choose "Copyright/DMCA Notice".

Our Procedure

Upon receipt of a bona fide complaint, we will investigate the complaint. If so, we will however not hesitate to remove or disable access to any link that we find infringing any copyright, if being informed about that according to the procedure set forth herein.
