Castle App: Terms of Service (India)

Welcome to Castle App. These Terms of Service ("Terms") together with our Privacy Policy (Read) form a legally binding agreement between you and Castle App governing your use of the application, website and services in India. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Our Terms of Service apply to all users, visitors and others who access or use the Service. If you do not accept these Terms, you do not have the right to use the Service.

Castle App is an on-demand streaming service that offers a wide range of movies, shows and exclusive web series to thousands of subscribers. The Service basic offer is for free addressed to users in a "freemium" behavioural.

And it may not always be possible for us to offer a library that includes every relevant title. After a similar premium-only countdown period, non-premium users get to see the original content as well.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (regardless of whether you conduct any sort of activity in such case) and/or do anything that could cause harm to the Service or to other users. This includes but is not limited to fraud on the part of referral program.

The Service is available on an "as is" basis. Castle App does not make any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Castle App makes no warranty that (a) the service will meet your requirements; (b) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free; or (c) any errors in the service will be corrected.

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or deny access to you, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to these Terms.

The Terms of Use shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any Human Relationship not consistent between these Terms or normally in relation to these Terms should be brought exclusively from the courts of India.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms, then you accept the changes.
